Here at Deadlift Potential, we go hard. We go hard in the gym, in our eating, and in every other aspect of our lives. We believe that if you’re going to do something, you should do it 100% or not at all. This includes our rest and recovery in addition to our training. Recovery is arguably just as important as your training is, because without proper food, hydration, rest, and mobility work, your performance in the gym will suffer.
There are many things you can do to enhance your recovery outside of the gym. Eating a proper diet, drinking plenty of water, and rolling out and stretching are only a few of the many things you can do. This section is going to discuss ways to enhance your recovery, as well as how you can add them to your routine to maximize your training and your life.
